The process for submitting donations to our charities can be confusing. To help with this issue the Grand Commandery of Knights Templar of Virginia have put together a document which lists all of our charities and how exactly you can donate to them.
Knight Templar Eye Foundation
The Knights Templar Eye Foundation, Inc. is committed to support research that can help launch the careers of clinical and basic researchers focused on the prevention and cure of potentially blinding diseases in infants and children. Grants supported by the Knights Templar Eye Foundation, Inc. are awarded to impact the care of infants, children, and adults.
Holy Land Pilgrimage
The KNIGHTS TEMPLAR HOLY LAND PILGRIMAGE is a program related to the Grand Encampment Knights Templar of the United States of America.
Our Mission: To send credentialed Christian Ministers on a Biblical study and historical / cultural immersion experience who would not have the opportunity otherwise. In this program, the various State Grand Commanderies of Knights Templar sponsor Christian Ministers on an expenses paid study pilgrimage in Israel for 11 days.
Knight Templar Educational Foundation
The Knights Templar Educational foundation Committee considers all applications for scholarships, without regard to age, race, religion, National origin, gender, of Masonic ties or affiliations. These scholarships are not “grants in aid”, but are open to all students regardless of their financial circumstances.
Baldwin-Brown Fellow
Realizing all Masonic organizations in Virginia were experiencing an increase in operating costs, which was causing the necessity of increasing amounts of assessments, the Grand Commandery of Virginia initiated the Baldwin-Brown Fellowship as a fund raiser to off-set harsh financial deficits. The existing Permanent Fund is an interest earning Endowment Fund from which only the interest amounts are used for the day-to-day operating expenses of The Grand Commandery of Virginia.
